Broadcort’s institutional clearing services include
equities, options, fixed income and international
securities. We offer a secure internet product,
Broadcort Online (BCOL), hosted on the Merrill
Lynch MLXtm portal. BCOL applications
support electronic downloads of all brokerage
related information and provides clients with
real-time intra-day monitoring of activity and
settlements with the ability to view real-time
status of all customer trades from input through
affirmation and settlement, real-time street
reconciliation, online DVP account opening for
equity and fixed income products with an interface
to Omgeo ALERTsm , integrated straight
through processing solutions for block trade
allocations with interfaces to Omgeo OASYS and OASYS
Global, robust reporting tools and access to client
statements and trade confirmations. Broadcort Online
also offers the ability to customize client reports
through our flexible web-based adhoc report writer,
providing additional report customization services.
Broadcort Customer Portalsm is
the end-clients portal for important account
information. The end-clients of our broker-dealers
can access this portal to obtain client statements,
confirms and other account related information.
Broadcort provides direct market access via
ML X-TRADE to U.S. equity and options exchanges,
ECNs, and other liquidity providers. Options orders
can be routed through our proprietary smart routing
engine, which directs orders to the exchange
displaying the National Best Bid or Offer (NBBO).
Broadcort provides innovative trading solutions
through state-of-the-art, customized technology
platforms and interfaces for the full spectrum of
your trading activity. We have one of the most
extensive equity and options order routing
infrastructures available in the marketplace today.
In addition, we offer the flexibility to interface
your proprietary or third market trading systems to
Broadcort’s routing network for access to all of our
